Rental alerts for the sites you are already searching
Notifio watches a search results page and emails you the moment a listing appears on it that was not there 30 seconds ago. Below is a guide per site: what that site’s own alerts actually do, and how to point Notifio at the search you have already built.
This is not a list of supported integrations. Notifio drives a real browser, so it can watch nearly any site that shows rental listings as a web page. The sites below are the ones we have written a guide for because we have monitored them ourselves — if yours is missing, it very probably still works.
Netherlands
Every major Dutch portal either batches its free alert email to once a day or sells the instant version as an upgrade.
Kamernet
kamernet.nlRooms, studios and apartments, heavily student. Alerts are free, replying is not.
Kamernet alerts →Pararius
pararius.comAgency-listed rentals nationwide. Free alerts are once a day; instant costs money.
Pararius alerts →Funda
funda.nlThe biggest Dutch portal. Its alert email is a once-a-day batch, by design.
Funda alerts →Huurwoningen.nl
huurwoningen.nlAggregates Dutch rental stock. The free tier is built around a daily update.
Huurwoningen.nl alerts →Roommatch
roommatch.nlStudent rooms and shared houses, with tip emails you cannot tune.

United Kingdom
UK portals offer an instant setting, but it is a dispatch cycle rather than a live feed, and the fastest tiers are paid.
Rightmove
rightmove.co.ukThe UK's largest portal. Alerts are published events, not a live view of your search.
Rightmove alerts →Zoopla
zoopla.co.ukSecond UK portal, different agent mix. Worth watching alongside Rightmove, not instead.
Zoopla alerts →SpareRoom
spareroom.co.ukUK flatshares. Instant alerts still queue, and contacting new ads is gated.
SpareRoom alerts →OpenRent
openrent.co.ukDirect-from-landlord UK lettings. Email alerts are described as up to once a day.
OpenRent alerts →Europe & international
Student platforms and relocation sites that advertise real-time alerts, which describes when they start sending rather than when you can read it.
Germany
German portals where the paid tier is sold on getting to a listing before everyone else.
Spain & southern Europe
Portals with an immediate alert option that is immediate in intent more than in practice.
Idealista
idealista.comIts alerts are immediate in name. The mail still queues before it reaches you.
Idealista alerts →Another site?

Marketplaces

Facebook Marketplace
facebook.comPrivate landlords and sublets, with saved-search alerts that no longer arrive.

Your site is not on the list
Then try it. Notifio does not have per-site connectors that we build one at a time — it loads the URL you give it in a real browser engine, the same way your own browser would, and compares each check against the last. A local council housing page, a lettings agency with forty properties, a Facebook group, a university accommodation board: if it renders listings in a browser, it is a candidate.
The honest caveats are the ones you would expect. Sites that require a login need you to sign in once through Notifio’s built-in browser. Sites that put everything behind an infinite scroll or a map canvas with no list view are harder. And auto-reply, which fills in contact forms, is still in beta and is the part most likely to need a hand on an unusual site.
If you hit one that misbehaves, email support@notifio.app with the URL and we will look at it with you.
Watch all of them at once
There is no per-site pricing and no limit on monitors. One payment covers every search you want to watch, on Mac and Windows, forever.
