About Notifio

Built by Sonacode Ltd

What Notifio does

Rental listings go in minutes, and the people who get them are the people who saw them first. Notifio watches the sites you care about and tells you the moment something new appears, by desktop notification and by email, so you are replying while the listing is still warm.

Who builds it

Notifio is built and operated by Sonacode Ltd, a small software company in the UK. We write the monitors, ship the releases, and answer support@notifio.app ourselves.

Why it runs on your machine

Notifio is a desktop app rather than a service that logs into sites on your behalf. The searches you monitor, your sessions, and the details Auto-Reply uses all stay on your own computer. Our servers hold your email address, a licence token and a billing record, and nothing else. There is a full account of that in the privacy policy.

Also from Sonacode Ltd

Sonacode builds four apps, and they look unrelated because they are: a quiz night for a pub and a food scanner for people with IBS share no audience at all. What they have in common is how they are built. Each one does a single job properly, shows the reasoning behind what it tells you, and never dresses a guess up as a fact.

CogniPrep

Practice for the psychometric and game based tests employers set when hiring.

Employers screen candidates with game based and psychometric tests long before anyone reads a CV, and most people meet one for the first time under a timer. CogniPrep is practice for exactly those: simulations of the real assessments from Arctic Shores, SHL, Watson Glaser, Hogan and the rest, pages for the specific employers that use them, and practice for the interviews that follow. Every attempt comes back with feedback, because a score with no explanation teaches you nothing.

Munchable

Scan a food barcode and see whether it fits your gut condition.

A gut condition turns every food label into homework: an ingredients list in tiny type, read in a shop aisle, against rules you half remember. Munchable reads the barcode and answers in one of three words, good fit, caution or avoid, with the reasons written underneath. It runs a separate rule set for each of the seven conditions it covers, from IBS and low FODMAP through to reflux, SIBO and IBD, and when two of your conditions disagree about an ingredient it shows you the disagreement rather than quietly picking a side.

PubTrivia

Live quiz nights for pubs and bars, with players joining from their own phones.

A quiz night usually means printed answer sheets, a microphone and somebody marking papers between rounds. PubTrivia replaces all three: you host from one screen, players join by scanning the code on their table, and the scores and the leaderboard update live as answers come in. There is nothing for players to install, question packs come with it, and every session stays in your history afterwards.
