HousingAnywhere designs this better than most. Its search alerts are triggered on each new matching listing and go out by email or WhatsApp, rather than being swept up into a nightly digest the way several portals on this site still do. That is the right architecture and worth saying plainly.
It is still a pipeline, though, and real-time refers to the front of it.
