Where Rentola is the right answer
If your problem is that you cannot find enough listings at all, a portal with its own inventory is a different and possibly better answer than a monitor. Notifio cannot show you a property that is not on a site you are watching, because it has no listings of its own and never will.
And if a specific property you want is on Rentola and the contact details are behind their paywall, no monitoring tool changes that. That is a transaction with them, not a feature gap in us.

If your problem is timing rather than supply, meaning you can see plenty of listings and are just seeing them after twenty other people, then a monitor is the correct shape of tool and a portal subscription is not.
